MSA is an easy to use and accurate saw to miter all types of stone, including quartz, porcelain, granite and marble.

It's capable of working slabs from zero to 80mm in thickness. Thanks to the slabs being processed “face-down", the thickness difference of uncalibrated slabs will not prevent to get perfect 45-degree miters on any types of material. No width limitation of the slab to process; even the narrowest strips can be machined thanks to the special pneumatic pistons blocking the stone. The maximum cutting precision is guaranteed by the head travel on linear guides fitted with recirculating ball slides automatically lubricated and by the position of the blade cutting from bottom upwards.

The structure is made of a steel frame with hot-dip galvanizing treatment for maximum resistance to wear and rust. MSA is available in two models: with useful cut 3300mm or 3700mm. The worktable is made of anti-scratch plastic material slats. There are 10 pneumatic pistons and 3 slab stops to secure even the smallest workpieces in place during machining. The head feed is motorized with variable speed, an inverter on the main motor (3phase 7.5HP) allows the blade speed adjustment according to the processed material from 800 to 3000 rpm.

There are:

  • Digital displays on the control panel to visualize disc rpm, feed speed and main motor ammeter;
  • Removable plastic splash guards along the entire worktable;
  • A precision handwheel to adjust the blade position when the cut does not start on the sharp corner.

The machine can also be equipped by hydraulic pop-up rollers to facilitate slab loading and positioning, side extension tables with rollers to facilitate slab movement and water tank with built in recycling pump.
