Product introduction: ANR bench saw

ANR portable stone saw with sturdy structure to cut natural and synthetic materials with extraordinary accuracy. In the marketplace, we are not aware of the existence of other saws in this range equaling its performance.

• Special beam design to attain a perfect cutting precision: the beam of this saw, rectified on 6 faces where adjustable bearings run, has a special shape with two small horns, specifically designed to attain lack of deflection and the greatest cutting accuracy.
• Bridge can be tilted manually so as to perform 45 degrees cutting.
• 230V single-phase 3HP or 230V/400V three phase 4HP motor.
• Useful cut: 600-800-1000-1300-1500-2000mm (2’- 2’7” – 3’3” – 4’3” – 4’11” – 6’6”), ideal for tile cutting but also for fabricating perfect sills and steps.
• Water tank with built-in recycling pump for blade cooling;
• The standard model can take a blade diameter: 250-300-350mm (10”–12”–14”) the HT version can mount blades from 400 to 500 mm (16”–18”–20”) – bore size 25.4mm (1”).
• Maximum cutting depth:  103mm (4”) with 350mm (14”) blade; 170mm (7’’) with a 500mm (20’’) blade (HT version).
• On standard model with 2800rpm motor it is advisable to use the smallest 250mm (10”) blade for cutting such dense and hard materials as granite and the 300 or 350mm (12” or 14”) blades for softer materials like marble and other stone of similar hardness.
• Head travel is manual and a special optional extension handle can be used to help hand pull.
• Cutting depth adjustment by means of two threaded bars guaranteeing a much smoother and precise adjustment, offering much improved cutting accuracy.
• The work table surface is made of galvanized steel rails.
• One of the rails is always removable to allow better cleaning of the tank and the water recycling pump.

The innovative optional SLOT device makes it a multipurpose machine for performing horizontal cutting, profiling and polishing of straight slab edges. This special kit (also available as a retrofit for older saws) can turn out very useful when having to produce ventilated facades, window sills and steps. The kit also includes an independent self-contained water tank to be mounted straight in the rear side of the saw and a dedicated electric motor for this specific application that, obviously, cannot work simultaneously with the main saw motor. Slot blades are 200mm in diameter and shaped wheels with 22.2mm bore (7 eighths of an inch) can also be mounted.

This model can be equipped with different options: transportation wheels, laser alignment device, side tables and a special device to easily cut carrots for geological laboratories.
