ZMCam

ZMCam is the optional CAD-CAM module designed to manage and optimize every stage of the machining process, from design and simulation to the generation of cutting paths. It provides a unified and intuitive working
environment for greater precision, safety, and efficiency throughout the entire process.

Main features:

• Free-form geometric design for straight and curved cuts using both the saw blade and incremental milling tool.
• Parametric design based on predefined models. 
• Editing of cutting sequences and directions.
• Complete 2D and 3D simulation of all machining operations. 
• Accurate estimation of machining times.
• Material optimization through manual part placement on the slab (manual nesting), with advance collision checking. 
• Import of .DXF files from digital templating systems, with configurable rules for the recognition of different cut types.

Generation of machine-ready ISO files, which can be transferred to the machine via USB drive or corporate LAN.

ZMCam is installed on an office PC, allowing the operator to prepare, simulate, and optimize machining programs before transferring them to the machine.
